Online Fitness Consent & Liability Waiver

By registering for the program and clicking “I AGREE”, I/the enrolled member hereby confirm and declare as follows:
1. Voluntary Participation
I/the enrolled member am voluntarily participating in OMFIT FOR PARENTS Private Limited's online fitness sessions of my own free will and without any coercion.
2. Medical Responsibility
I confirm that all existing medical conditions of the enrolled member have been disclosed. I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain medical clearance from a qualified medical practitioner before starting the program, and OMFIT FOR PARENTS Private Limited shall not be responsible for verifying the medical fitness of the enrolled member.
3. Medical Advice Disclaimer
I understand that any guidance provided by OMFIT FOR PARENTS Private Limited's medical or wellness team is limited to general fitness and wellness information and shall not be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I agree to consult a qualified medical practitioner for any medical concerns.
4. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in fitness and exercise activities involves inherent risks including injury, health complications, physical strain, or medical emergencies, and I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation in the program.
5. Online Training Limitation
I understand that the sessions are conducted online and the coach or trainer will not be physically present to supervise or assist. I agree to exercise within my limits and ensure a safe and appropriate environment while participating in the sessions.
6. Liability Waiver
I release and hold harmless OMFIT FOR PARENTS Private Limited, its founders, coaches, trainers, employees, and team members from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with participation in the program.
7. Refund Policy
I understand and agree that a refund request may be raised within 7 days from the start date of the program. Any applicable refund shall be processed as per the company's refund policy, and no refund requests will be entertained after the 7-day period.
8. Digital Acceptance
By clicking “I AGREE”, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all the terms of this Online Fitness Consent & Liability Waiver, including assumption of risks, release of liability, non-refundable fees, and dispute resolution through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a Sole Arbitrator appointed by OMFIT FOR PARENTS Private Limited with seat and venue at Pune, Maharashtra, and exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Pune for enforcement and related proceedings, and I agree to be legally bound by the same.
